This is a great office or travel snack!  Very simple to make, you can whip these up for a healthy meal in minutes!


Organic sprouted corn tortilla

Your favorite organic or raw hummus

Handful of Just Pure Foods jalapeño  tomato chips


Shredded lettuce

Easy! Spread the hummus on the sprouted tortilla.  Crunch some tomato jalapeno chips and sprinkle! Add a few slices of avocado and some lettuce, and voila! A healthy happy vegan meal!

You can also get creative and add other veggies, sprouted beans, even fruit (try mango or pomegranate!).
